I've ordered new drives, new cpus, upgrades and new ram to put it to a new level and upgrade all to strong servers with the same power like x3650 m3 which I also owns. Solved: R610 SAS 6/iR slot 0 won't enumerate - Dell Community SAS 6/iR controller showed a degraded RAID 1 with Phys Disk 0 failed. Replaced drive with a new drive and it shows missing in slot 0. Moved the new drive to slot 4 and added as a HOT spare and it is resyncing the RAID 1 MIRROR. Ran Diagnostics on controller and it shows OK, reseated all cables, drives, backplane and controller card to no avail.
